In This Issue: Happy New Year. This first month of the year is certainly going quickly isn’t it? This month I’m sharing with you some thoughts about “Are We Ever Really Ready?” I thought this appropriate as we launch ourselves into 2007. __________________________________________________________________ One of the things that comes up, is the fact that some folks will, for a variety of reasons, be delaying their progress in 2007 because in their mind they don’t feel “ready” yet. I’d like to suggest that feeling ready is something that possibly doesn’t exist for most of us. You can’t feel “100% ready” for success, financial freedom, a more fulfilling life, anymore than you can feel “100% ready” to... Have surgery…
Unless… You either really WANT something bad enough or you finally believe deep down inside of you that you truly DESERVE it and it’s quite simply this that makes you “ready”. If somebody else comes along and gives you the “thumbs up”, “green light” or says “<$firstname$>, you’re ready now, off you go”. You simply don’t believe them do you? So it’s important to not look outside of yourself for the “You’re Ready” signals. Instead look inside for your own “I’m Ready” signals and if they’re not quite there yet, keep your eyes on your goal and don’t give up until they are. But don’t wait too long to be “Ready” otherwise you may find yourself at the end of the road, realizing you’re too late.
