Have you ever suspected that there may be patterns in the price data of stocks? There certainly are! Once you know how to spot these patterns, you can easily profit from them! Traders have always agonized over when to enter a market. It's a nail-biting, stressful decision. They often get the direction right, but the timing wrong, and see what could have been a profitable trade escape them. The secret to successful trading has always been to enter the market when the risk of it moving against you is low.
The secret to finding highly profitable trading opportunities is in being able to recognize Chart Patterns… Ask any professional trader their secret to making money, and they will invariably tell you that their method is based on some level of chart pattern recognition. There will undoubtedly be many varying degrees of methods and techniques to find these patterns, but it all comes back to the same thing; and that is… they are all waiting for certain conditions to occur before they enter a trade. Stock prices move in trends. This is the principle behind chart patterns. Trends do not last forever, so as prices change direction, they tend to form recognisable chart patterns. Chart Patterns is simpy the study of the patterns that are naturally formed within a stock chart when the prices are graphed. These chart patterns often provide a predictable outcome in a stock’s price, enabling investors to identify new trading opportunities.
