Hi, my name is Jules Dawson and I need to share something really important with you. It’s something that can help you to create an enviable lifestyle for yourself and in turn change your future forever.
Firstly let me stress that I’m not talking about a ‘get rich quick’ scheme, I don’t believe in those at all. You know the ones? You’ve probably seen the ads or visited those sites that claim to have you making millions trading on the Stock Market in the blink of an eye! This is not one of them - sorry to disappoint you.
This is actually very realistic and achievable for anybody.
What I need to share with you is my philosophy or strategy for creating wealth and lifestyle because not so long ago I was just like any normal person, busting my butt to make ends meet and getting nowhere fast. I was stuck on the treadmill of life, working horrendous hours with no time left for my family or the things I like doing.
I knew I had to make my money work for me if I wanted to be financially secure later in life, but each step I took forward seemed to have me working harder to get there.
What eventually drove me to succeed was a strong determination NOT to struggle financially like my parents had, and today thanks to my solid investment strategy
I have a wonderful quality of life.
Today I have complete Financial Freedom.
So why then do I feel the need to share my knowledge with you?
That’s simple. I know how hard it was for me to accomplish the lifestyle I now have without a mentor to help me do it. I learnt the hard way, from my own mistakes, and not some millionaire before me.
A mentor is someone who has already achieved what you are wanting to achieve yourself, someone who you can learn from, look up to, and lean on while you learn because we all go through times when we just need somebody to steer us in the right direction.
Now I don’t profess to having above average intelligence, so I know that if I can achieve what I have, then anybody can, and there is nothing that completes me more these days than watching someone truly change their life and achieve financial freedom from my guidance. It gives me such fulfillment and satisfaction.
A feeling that is quite difficult to describe.
Something else I didn’t have when I started was a lot of money, but through using the right investment strategy I was able to generate an impressive income using small amounts of cash that eventually allowed me to build a portfolio that now has me financially set up for life.

Quite often people think that working harder, or getting another job to produce more income will solve their money problems. But they soon adjust their lifestyle to their new income, and unfortunately find themselves back in the same position with not much money left over again, and this becomes a never ending pattern.
Increasing your income alone, will not make you wealthy.
Income simply provides
cash-flow, but it's good assets that create your wealth.
Good assets will grow in value over time, generating a passive income of it's own, therefore allowing you to stop working and live off the proceeds of that passive income.
So it would make sense for you to use a formula for creating wealth, that uses income for cash flow that you use to purchase quality assets - that in turn creates your wealth.

My philosophy is different to that of most ‘wealth educators’. My personal experience with educational avenues in my learning years was one of confusion. It was hard to know which particular strategy I should learn - let alone how to tie them all together.
You may have already found this yourself if you've already started some form of education on investing. Generally people will talk about just one or two subjects, such as Shares if they favour investing in Shares or only talk about Real Estate if that is their preferred strategy.
My approach is very different.
I don't just teach you one thing and then leave you to flounder on your own. I teach EXACTLY what I practice myself, and that is a step-by-step strategy that covers three different areas of wealth creation all tied neatly together to support each other, and it's this combination of each that has made me and my students rich.

It's the combination of these 3 areas that created wealth and a quality lifestyle for me and my family in under 6 years.
I refer to these as my buckets of wealth and the secret to creating financial independence involves a contribution from each one.
My income bucket is predominantly filled through Stock Options trading, providing a cash flow to purchase Growth Shares and Real Estate assets.
Positive cash flow is also created over time from the rental income received from my investment properties which in turn contributes to my income bucket.
I began trading Stock Options to supplement my paid income when I used to have a normal job. I used just a small amount of money in the beginning and as my trading trading profits grew, I was able to quit my job and use that cash flow to service my lifestyle. Options Trading can be an affordable and incredibly powerful way to generate an income from the Stock Market. In simple terms, Stock Options are contracts that relate to particular stocks and they give you the opportunity to control those stocks without having to outlay the full amount of money you would normally need to purchase those stocks outright. In other
words Options provide you with a simple way of trading those same shares for only a fraction of what they cost. This is great for the new investor who only has limited funds to start with. The other great thing about trading stock options is that you can actually make money on shares that are going down in price. In other words you can make money in a falling market.

One of the most attractive things about investing in shares is that you don’t need a lot of money to start investing. If you wanted to, you could buy just a few shares to get you started. Then you can simply add to your share portfolio a little each month as your confidence grows!
Unfortunately when it comes to investing in shares the average person tends to associate a high level of risk, so they shy away. This is because they don’t know how to select the right stocks and they don’t understand risk management.
Buying speculative stocks based on someone else’s guess of what MAY happen would carry a much higher risk than buying into strong companies based on what has actually happened for that company already, and this is exactly why I NEVER buy shares based on ‘hot tips’ .

When you buy a share in a company, you are buying a part of that business, so you need to learn how to determine the difference between a good business and a bad one. Even if you are buying just one share in a company, you need to take the attitude that you are buying the WHOLE business.
That philosophy has made Warren Buffett the wealthiest share market investor of our time. Imagine being able to give away your fortune because you know you have the ability to quickly make it all back again?
That’s what Buffett did not so long ago, and I have modelled my Investing in Shares strategy on his methods. But unlike Buffett’s tiresome method of analysis before computers, when he began his investing career, these days all the information you need to be able to value a company can be found on your computer.
Investing Wisely in shares has also allowed me to build my Real Estate portfolio at such a fast rate. Buying a house requires a deposit or down payment up front, so you would be forgiven for thinking that this is a strategy that takes a longer period of time to implement.
By using a strategy for investing in Real Estate that fuels itself, means that you really only need the money to make the first purchase. And there are actually several ways for you to be able to get started even if you don’t have the money available to make that deposit.
So that means that anybody can start investing for their future right now!
I used to think that to invest in Real Estate you had to save up a deposit, buy a property in a good location (at whatever the asking price was), and hold on and wait for it to eventually go up in value.
Most people ALSO think this way!
Maybe that’s why most people only ever buy one investment property IF ANY AT ALL.
And sadly, many of those who start investing in Real Estate, rely on someone else’s tips to select the property and end up either selling to ease their pain or never progressing to the next purchase.
I have a simple 9 step plan that I use when buying property. This system has allowed me to buy properties well under their market value and with a few clever techniques I have created my own equity to fund the next purchase.
Allowing me to make additional property purchases without needing to save up the cash deposit, by using shares that had grown in value, combined with increased equity in my other real estate assets.

Let's picture a typical day in your life
as a Full Time Investor…

You have a relaxing breakfast to start the day off and mosy to the shower whenever you feel like it.

Around mid morning you make a few phone calls.
-
One to the painter who’s finishing off the renovation on the latest property you have bought. (This makes number 5) You have a tenant who’s itching to get in there and the rent will more than cover your payments on the property.

The other call is to your travel agent. Decision made! You’ve just booked that overseas holiday you’ve been thinking about, your flight leaves tomorrow.
-
Boot up the computer and download your data for trading. You find 2 trades and give your broker a quick call. Trades filled.

Which restaurant are you going to have lunch at today? Hopefully there’s a table free at your favourite place. Oh there is, everyone else must be at work!

You read the paper over lunch and notice the headlines are talking about a possible stock market crash. Your excitement builds because the trade you placed earlier was a Put Option position.-
Home after lunch and you check your open positions. Already 40% profit point reached on one and 50% on the other! -
You make another quick call to your broker to rent out some of your buy and hold shares while you are away on holiday. A little extra income to use as spending money on your trip will come in handy.-
Get the suitcases out and start packing for the morning. The phone rings. It’s the Real Estate agent to congratulate you. Your ridiculously low offer on the house down the road has just been accepted. She also lets you know her agency has a waiting list of tenants who might be interested in leasing it from you. -
The markets almost closed for the day and you decide to close your positions even though you’ve only made 53% profit when you average it out.
What an exhausting day you’ve had. You’d better take a quick nap before getting ready to go out for dinner. This will be your last chance to take your brand new BMW out for a spin before you go on holiday.
Can you imagine having a lifestyle like that?
Do you know, this really is a typical day in my life, and very achievable for anybody,
you just need to be shown how to do it.
You don’t need to be Einstein or even good with maths, you just need to stand up and say “This isn't how I want to live my life anymore!” and then take the step towards a better future for yourself.
And don’t worry, you won’t be on your own, I’ll be there to guide you through every step. Remember, I used to be right where you are now, so I know exactly what to do and that you can do it too!
